If she says she loves you, you can bet your boots she loves you.

This is what I wore to drop Birdie off at the vet to get spayed. :( It was a sad day but she is a trooper and doing quite well!
Gabe and I went out for coffee and a biscuit after we dropped her off.
I quite liked this teal/rust/forest combo. I got these cute little lace trimmed shorts to wear under skirts and dresses from aa since it seems like Spring is here (for now). Love them.

I had to take these photos of our loft for something the other day so I thought I might as well share them with you. Looking at these pictures tells me that I decorate the same way I dress. I guess I never thought of that before but it's so obvious. I feel lucky that Gabe doesn't complain about living in such a girly house. There are still a few Christmas decorations floating around but they don't necessarily have to be Christmas decorations. At least that's what I keep telling myself because I like them and don't want to get rid of them.













Have a great weekend everyone. I get to see my family today and hopefully shop and eat and drink coffee! Woohoo!

    PS. Does that Hello Kitty sewing machine work well? I'm looking for a beginner's sewing machine and nothing would make me want to sew more than a Hello Kitty machine.

    I actually asked for that hello kitty sewing machine last year for Christmas. I think mostly because of its color. I think I'd buy anything in the seafoam/aqua/turqoise/teal/tiffany blue color scheme at this point. The second I see it, I want it. Surprisingly enough, I must have some sort of self control because I don't have many things that are that color. I will have to just paint my extra room/"creative space" that color one day soon for inspiration. Your house makes me feel like I'm not alone in my colorful eclectic-ness. That....and the fact that I still have Christmas up at my house. I hate that I have to part with my outdoor twinkly lights this weekend. There's always next year!

    I love getting to see snippets of your home. you did such a great job decorating the place. You are so lucky Gabe just lets you decorate it. My husband has an opinion about everything I buy for the house. It's nice but kinda annoying at the same time. Haha! Love the rust color of the top! So beautiful.
