After returning from Las Vegas we went out for sushi with our friend and since then I have had avocado rolls on my brain and I want to eat them for every meal. There aren't many foods I enjoy as much as the avocado.
We woke up the next morning and headed up the coast. It's one of my favorite drives to make. There is so much to see. My favorite places to stop are Camarillo for coffee at Element Coffee, Santa Barbara for shopping and lunch, Solvang for touristy fun and lots of mean stares from the elderly, and the Madonna Inn for some PINK (and horses). Gabe kept trying to summon the horses by snapping and saying, "Here Boy!" over and over again. Man, I love that guy!
