Something so square about her.

So, hi, wow. I understand that this is an inconceivable amount of photos for one post to handle. It was just one of those days when every moment looks beautiful and if you don't share a picture of it, you'll forget that it ever happened.

It was set to be around 60 degrees and cloudy in LA and 85 and sunny in Palm Springs on Sunday. It's also only a 1.5 hour drive. The choice was obvious for the perfect daycation! Boy, what fun we had!

I've said it before and I'll say it all my life- I LOVE PALM SPRINGS. I guess I should get a t-shirt that says "I love Palm Springs". It's the only logical thing to do, really. The t-shirt won't be in all caps.

I think you can get the story of our day through these pictures but I do need to add a couple of things. First, the Jazz band that happened to be playing at the Ace Hotel made me so happy I almost burst! They were so incredibly talented..real musicians. Blew me away.
Second, the dodecagon looking house is Elvis' Honeymoon Hideaway which is a must visit for me on every trip to Palm Springs! (I made myself giggle because of course I don't know what a 12 sided polygon is called offhand. Google is the best. Anyway, I think it would have 12 sides if it went all the way around)
Third, Palm Springs finally has good coffee! Yay!
Fourth and finally, I dressed like what I would like my Easter Basket to look like if I still received Easter Baskets.

Wearing...

Peach Dress: Vintage (will be in store next week)
Yellow Cropped sweater: H&M
Sandals: Rachel Comey
Bag: Anthropologie

Thanks so much for reading guys. I love sharing some of my life with you. :)
