You make me new.

Well, my goodness, another gorgeous fall day. Every time this happens I say, "This is going to be the last warm day, I have to enjoy it!" and then another warm day comes a week later. I'm not taking it for granted but when you think about it, winter here isn't too shabby. We were talking to a friend last night who lives half of the year in London and how utterly cold it is there. I don't think I'll be too terribly sun deprived here. But you know, everything as trivial as that is fixable. Everything can be made better, brighter, and happier!

For now, I'm enjoying the beyond words beautiful ubiquitous fall trees.

Have a great days guys. Treat yourself to something nice. It's looking rainy for us which means it's baking time! Yes! :)

  6. There's this fire inside that simply glows since you've moved...not that it wasn't there before but I definitely think the East Coast suits you C! Really love how connected you are to the great outdoors...Cali bogs us down with so many extraneous factors sometimes it's nice to see you dancing about the trees without a care in the world!

Except this gorgeous Fall outfit of course! You're a master mixologist...loving this dress on you!

  10. I love that purse and those booties! "Everything can be made better", I love that! Such a good attitude for me to take as I head into winter (my least favorite and most abhorred months). Thanks for always making me feel a little more cheery each day I visit! :) -Lo

  14. You look wonderful! I love the dress, and the red coat looks amazing on you. I wish my town actually had Fall, currently it is more of a "Summer is trying to stay but Winter is trying to kick Summer out" situation here.

It's so funny that you say a friend of yours was telling you how cold it is in London. I'm from England and to me London isn't cold at all right now! It's usually colder than this at this time of year! Enjoy the sunshine :o)

  20. I was spoiled with nearly a month of lovely cool-ish warm days, and began to take them for granted, when suddenly sweeping cold clomped its heavy winter feet right in. Now its a bit too cold for many of my in-between weather clothing which will have to wait until next year. oops!
I love that lipstick red coat, perfect for fall!

  31. The thing about Winter here is: at first, it will be exciting, and then it will become unbearable, but then you will go sledding down the hill that slopes down from the Capitol, and then you will live happily ever after. It's true!!!
