Hello, Baby!

Yay, my bump arrived on the Fourth of July! I woke up and the ligaments all around my belly hurt so bad I could barely get up. I looked in the mirror and it was as if my belly had doubled overnight (ok, maybe not doubled, but it certainly grew enough to wear a tight dress).

Anyway, as you can imagine, it was the best Fourth of July ever. My mom and sis got to feel babe girl kicking/punching/rolling/whatever she's doing, we had lots of yummy treats, and it was 100 degrees. The perfect holiday! ♥

I will admit that the bump disappears when I'm not wearing tight clothes but oh well! It's still there and I know it!

I'm more than half way done cooking up this little gal and it's actually gone by very fast so far. I'm so grateful that I get to be pregnant in the summer. It's just like I've always dreamed it would be. Yay, yay, yay. We've started buying our baby gear and it's overwhelming but obviously a lot of fun.

    oh yay yay, that is a little bumpy!! what a happy treat for your fourth! except for the round ligament pain. that can getcha. and i could hide my bumpy for a long time, too, which was nice because it eliminated a lot of those "random strangers offering unwanted advice and touching your belly" situations.

    it's fun to see the little bump grow. :) for baby gear, you should check out the angel care baby monitor. not a tv screen, but it is a motion sensor / walky-talkie... in short, me loves it. puts a new mama at ease! :)
