(Very) early fall & a babay name.

Ok, we've kept it to ourselves long enough! Goldie is what we'll call our sweet baby girl. ♥ To me, it's the perfect blend of feminine and unique...an independent, confident gal with a sweet heart.

Frances has a few special ties for me. In addition to family history, how could I not love that Gidget's given name is Frances?

Less than three months to go! Keep growing big and strong in there Goldie! ♥

Also, obviously this is her room. The funny thing is that I said I was going to stay away from pink and not make it sooooo girlie. Well, I guess I just have to laugh at that now since nearly every shade of pink and peach are represented. Can't change who are, can we? :)

Anyway, here's my (very) early fall outfit. I thought it matched well with Goldie's room. The weather has been absolutely gorgeous...70s in the mornings to high 80s in the afternoon. Just PERFECT. I can now wear light sweaters and boots and not be seen as completely crazy.

My bumpie bump is growing daily thankfully! I think I look pregnant now...finally. This is the last pair of regular pants that fit me but maybe I'll get one of those belly band deals. I'm excited to dress my soccer ball belly in fall clothes soon!

  14. It is amazing you fit in regular pants still! I didn't fit in my pants by the time I was about 18 weeks with the second (which I weighed a lot less in my second pregnancy than my first, so I won't say how fast I got out of regular pants with the first child). Goldie is beautiful and I LOVE LOVE that you used Gidget's given name as a middle name!!!!!!! HEHEHE. You could have gone with Gidget Frances but Goldie is lovely as well. Unfortunately I've known too many people's pets named "Goldie" though. That is a cute story about how you just went with the pink afterall.
If you were having a boy, would you have used Moon Doggie's given name of Geoffrey/Jeff?

Also, I was thinking about how, even though Goildie's room is pink, it doesn't look like typical baby girl pink...you know? Nicely done.

  33. precious bump, looove that sweater! and love the name! goldie is sweet and fun and feminine! and you might not even need a belly band, you're so teeny. i just used a hair rubber band to loop through and button my pants.
